Sysinternals utilities are helpful tools for you to manage, troubleshoot and diagnose your Windows systems and applications like Windows files, disk, networking, security and process tasks.
Sysinternals Toolbox package is the same package of the Sysinternals utilities plus a setup routine for you to conveniently install the Sysinternals utilities to your system. The Sysinternals utility includes utilities for viewing and monitoring file and disk access and usage, networking tools to monitor connections to the security analyzers. The process utilities help you to monitor the processes which are currently running and the resource utilization of each process. Security utility supports the security configuration and management utilities, including root kit and spy ware hunting programs. The system information utility tells you about system resource utilization and configuration. These include much information like the programs which all are set up for auto run during the system booting, system clock, file system activity monitoring etc. The miscellaneous utility takes care of active directory viewing and editing, blue screen, desktop screen saver etc. The setup routine allows you to select the utilities you want to install.
